E & O Insurance
Errors and Omissions Insurance (E & O Insurance) protects crop insurance agents from liability resulting from negligence, unintentional omissions, and errors. The biggest expense in an errors and omissions claim is the legal defense needed to prove liability or innocence. E & O insurance policies are designed to cover many expenses related to unintentional omissions and errors. ProAg has partnered with American Insurance Services to offer you Errors & Omissions Insurance.

American Insurance Services, LLC
American Insurance Services, LLC and CRC Insurance Services, Inc. have partnered with ProAg to provide your agency Errors & Omissions coverage placed with A rated carriers at an affordable price, and we are anxious to offer you our services.

CRC Insurance Services, Inc., is a large brokerage house, and have access to several A rated companies who write Errors & Omissions insurance nationally. Their underwriters understand crop insurance, and we have found that when submitting quote indications back to us they are very competitive. Their policy also covers other lines of insurance if your agency is multi lines.
