Forms
November 19, 2007

For over 80 years, ProAg has strived to do the right thing for our agents & clients while at the same time maintaining our commitment to our organization. To achieve this goal, we are constantly looking at how we are doing business today, while brainstorming how we should be doing business in the future. We have identified a way to improve a current business function that will benefit everyone.

Beginning today, all forms have been moved over to our PASS system. The benefits from this move include:
  • Placing the forms in a location that is Log-In driven. Our ProAg website is open to any and all visitors. Rather than face a situation where everyone would have to log-in to view the website, our choice was to move the forms to PASS. This helps keep the ProAg website open to the public. The website will continue to be one of our methods used to project the company from coast-to-coast. We encourage you to continue to use the ProAg website as needed.
  • You are using PASS on a daily basis. As an agent for ProAg, you are using the PASS system on a daily basis. It made sense for us to move the forms to the tool you are currently using. You have a custom log-in to access PASS, which provides you the knowledge that the forms you are downloading are just as secure as any other information transaction you are conducting on PASS.

After you have logged into PASS, you will find Forms located at the bottom of the Agent Tools list along the left side of the screen. The forms will be listed in the same order as they were laid out on the ProAg website.

We realize that the change may be a minor inconvenience for the first day or two, but we trust that you will quickly appreciate the added benefits of having the forms housed in PASS. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact the Operations Department at (800) 366-2767.
