Acreage Report Revisions Reminder
July 15th marked one of the largest acreage reporting deadlines. Now that we have passed that date, acreage report revisions may become necessary. Please ensure that revisions are being documented and submitted on a Revised Acreage Reporting form. If an Acreage Reporting form is used for the revision rather than a Revised Acreage Reporting form, documentation must be included in the “Remarks” section of the form. A detailed explanation of the revision must be provided in addition to printed names and signatures of both the insured and the agent, along with timely dates.
ProAg Agents and Employees: For questions regarding processing a Revised Acreage Reporting form, log into the ProAgPortal® intranet and reference TOPE document 20011-237-Revised Acreage Report.
