As consumers continue to demand more from the food they purchase, food and ag supply chains are adjusting to meet that new demand, even if it means fundamental paradigm changes to entire sectors of the industry. Ranchers are working with some of the world’s largest retailers to firm up supply chains, all while demonstrating they’re doing what they need to do on the ranch level to provide consumers confidence in the sustainability and safety of the beef they produce.
