Corn quality is holding steady, soybeans improved 1% over last week, while the spring wheat crop hasn’t fared as well, according to the latest Crop Progress Report. U.S. corn conditions ratings stayed at 65% good-to-excellent with 56% in the silk stage (against the 52% 5-year average). Soybeans were at 60% good-to-excellent with 63% soybeans blooming and 23% in the setting pods stage. Spring wheat crop conditions dropped down from 16% to 11% good-to-excellent.
