Des Moines, Iowa – On September 24, 2025, the Des Moines Register honored ProAg as a 2025 Iowa Top Workplace. Award recipients are chosen based on company-wide employee feedback gathered through a confidential engagement survey issued by Energage.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our employees,” said Kendall Jones, President and CEO of ProAg. “To win this award again, just like our 2025 Minnesota Top Workplace award, speaks to the culture we’ve built that values transparency, growth and connection. I’m proud of how our team continues to show up for each other and our customers.”

The Top Workplace awards are based on an anonymous third-party employee feedback survey that evaluates the company’s leadership and management, employee connection, engagement and alignment, company flexibility, expectations and effectiveness, and pay benefits and training. This award can’t be bought; it must be earned, based on employee feedback. Over 4,525 businesses were invited to participate in this year’s competition, but only 149 earned recognition as a Top Workplace in Iowa.
