As a part of the transition and with RMA’s approval, your existing policy will be transferred to ProAg for the 2020 reinsurance year without you needing to take any action. More detailed, written information will be mailed to you in the near future.

AmTrust Ag Acquisition Strengthens ProAg
Producer’s Ag Insurance Group, Inc. (ProAg), a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group of companies, has recently acquired AmTrust Agriculture Insurance Services (AmTrust Ag). The transaction was closed on May 1st, 2019.
Moving forward, the transition plan is structured to maintain business as usual while implementing opportunities to improve our organization for our customers.
