October 5th is recognized by the United States Congress as Customer Experience (CX) Day. On this day, we recognize our customers who trust us to fulfill their crop insurance needs and ProAg’s team members, who earn that trust every day – rain or shine.

CX Day is sponsored by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the world’s leading CX organization. This year’s theme should be familiar at ProAg: CX is a Team Sport.

Appreciating our customers.

A great way to show our appreciation is by living our core values. At ProAg, the customer experience is integral to our values. Today, let’s focus on two of our values:

  • Customer Focus means that when we say the customer comes first, we mean it. Listening to our customers is a top priority and drives our efforts to constantly raise our level of service. We pledge to make doing business with us a positive customer experience.
  • Listening means asking agents and policyholders about their wants and needs – what we call Voice of the Customer research. Listening also means marrying the results of our research with your expertise and insights to deliver solutions that help agents grow their businesses with ProAg while helping policyholders manage their risk. Over time, listening builds trusted relationships among agents, policyholders, and each other.
