Environmental experts recently announced that there are opportunities to reduce the beef supply’s global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by more than 30% by 2030, but timely leadership is needed to meet the goal. According to Rabobank, the beef supply chain contributes about 6% of GHG emissions to the world.
