Eye-catching farmland sales continue to dot the country amidst ongoing record-high input costs and inflationary pressures. Overall, the USDA reports 2022 farmland values are 14% more than in 2021 at $5,050 per acre.

>> Richardson County, Nebraska at $27,400 per acre: 117 acres, multiple buildings and a well
>> Jackson County, Missouri at $13,000 per acre: 123 acres, 85 tillable and 38 timber suitable for recreation
>> Plymouth County, Iowa at $26,250 per acre: 545 total acres, 54 tillable high-quality farmland
>> Lyon County, Minnesota at $14,400 per acre: 80 total acres, 77 tillable of highly productive soils
>> Shelby and Moultrie Counties, Illinois at $21,100 per acre: 151 total acres
