For the 2023 and succeeding crop years, RMA has revised the Actual Revenue History (ARH) Pilot Endorsement, ARH Sweet Cherry Pilot Crop Provisions, and the ARH Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions.

The following changes have been approved and are effective for the 2023 and succeeding crop years:

In the ARH Endorsement:

  • Written Agreements are allowed if included in the Crop Provisions.
  • The Contract Changes section to rely on section 4 of the CCIP Basic Provisions has been removed.

In the ARH Sweet Cherry Pilot Crop Provisions:

  • Written Agreements are allowed.
  • The notification requirement for any production intended for direct marketing has been corrected to apply 15 days prior to harvest rather than 15 days prior to sale.

In the ARH Tart Cherry for Processing Pilot Crop Provisions:

  • Written Agreements are allowed.
  • References to “the Endorsement” were clarified replacing it with “the ARH Endorsement.”

Throughout all three policies:

  • Definitions were clarified.
  • Section titles were aligned with the corresponding sections in the CCIP Basic Provisions.
