The Cattlemen’s Beef Board has approved a $38.9 million fiscal plan for checkoff spending in 2022. Nine national beef organizations will be recipients of the national dollars, pending USDA approval. The goal? Support research aimed at improving the beef industry, educate consumers on beef production and expand foreign exports. Ultimately, the beef checkoff aims to drive greater beef demand.
