With a vote of 69-30, the highly touted $1 trillion infrastructure bill has advanced through the Senate and back to the House. The INVEST in America Act has improvement goals for roads, bridges, ports and inland waterways as well as expanded broadband access. The bill also includes a number of provisions designed to boost the agricultural supply chain such as investments in cybersecurity and an apprenticeship truck driver pilot program.
