The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has approved the following changes to triticale coverage for the 2022 and succeeding crop years under section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act:
- Expansion of the program to an additional 128 counties in 21 states
- Revision to the maximum contract price factor from 1.4 to 2.27 times the established price for the crop year.
