Combination herbicides continue to grow and are now a new norm for chemical companies as they introduce products promising to tackle tough broadleaf weeds and grasses. Currently, combination herbicides make up 37% of all U.S. herbicide sales, typically containing between two and four active ingredients. The $3.5 billion combination herbicide industry includes more than 300 brands.
Common examples include Tendovo by Syngenta, Convintro by Bayer, Resicore XL by Corteva and TriVolt by Bayer. Each product contains a unique mixture for additional soybean and corn weed management tools.
