As U.S. fuel prices climb higher around the country due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, corn farmers attending Commodity Classic this week say E15 can fill the void. The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) join more than 7,000 farmers this week in New Orleans to talk policy, trade, demand and more. NCGA says ethanol is a right-now answer to fuel prices ticking upward. While ethanol-blended fuel prices also increase, the cost is comparatively much cheaper than general unleaded gasoline.

The Nebraska Ethanol Board distributed a two-page primer detailing how the entire volume of Russian oil imports by the U.S. could be replaced if even one-third of U.S. E10 pumps were converted to E15.
