If you’re looking to secure fertilizer for the 2021 crop, here are some numbers that may be of interest. The most recent look at retail farm fertilizer prices shows most products reversed their months-long price decline in late November. Anhydrous, potash, UAN28%, urea, DAP and MAP were all slightly higher in the latest national survey, with UAN32 the only outlier that remained slightly lower. While it’s a distinct reversal in pricing per the last few months, retail fertilizer prices remain mostly lower than a year ago, with MAP and DAP the only products still slightly higher than in 2019.
