Beyond Meat packaged on a shelfFake meat manufacturer Beyond Meat, Inc. is facing a lawsuit regarding false protein claims. A complaint originating from Southern Iowa accuses the company of misrepresenting protein in nine products. The complaint argues that Beyond Meat miscalculated and overstated the protein content on their labeling, website and promotional materials.
