Service is essential in the crop insurance industry. As ProAg team members work each day to protect American farmers and ranchers, creating policies and processing claims are more than business transactions. They are creating a safety net to help ensure the effort of raising crops and livestock isn’t lost to severe weather or unexpected events.

The same dedication to service extends to supporting their fellow ProAg team members. ProAg is proud to announce Underwriting Manager Lisa Beckman earned the Outstanding Service Award, presented at the All-Employee Gathering in March 2023.”\n\r”The Outstanding Service Award is given to a ProAg team member who demonstrates the company’s core values of accountability, effective communication, customer focus, resourcefulness and trustworthiness. The award also aligns with ProAg’s desire to Be a Good Company under the vision of Tokio Marine HCC, ProAg’s parent company. Nominees were also evaluated on other contributions to the company, including continuous improvement in their roles, problem-solving capabilities, leadership qualities, teamwork and the ability to implement positive change. Lisa was selected from a pool of 40 employees, all nominated by fellow ProAg team members.

“I’m so honored to receive this award,” said Lisa. “Knowing that ProAg team members across the company nominated me means so much.”
