After a two-year partnership, John Deere has signed a $250 million purchase agreement for Bear Flag Robotics. Founded in 2017, Bear Flag creates compatible autonomous driving technology for existing machines and began working with Deere through their Startup Collaborator program in 2019. Deere officials say the initiative brings endless opportunities from start-up companies whose technology can add real customer value.
