Beef and pork prices are expected to continue to climb throughout the United States in the coming months, according to a recent report from the USDA Economic Research Service. Retail pork prices set a record in April at $4.32 per pound, up 3.8% per pound from March. Retail choice beef prices reached $6.76 per pound in April, up 4.2% from March.
