DES MOINES, Iowa — On September 14, 2023, ProAg was honored as a 2023 Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register. Award recipients are chosen based on company-wide employee feedback gathered through a confidential engagement survey issued by Energage.
“We’re thrilled to have been recognized as an Iowa Top Workplace, especially since the award is rooted in feedback from our team,” said Kendall Jones, president and CEO of ProAg. “This award, just like our 2023 Minnesota Top Workplace award, shows us we’ve built an authentic, caring culture where team members feel they have access to personal and professional development opportunities. As we work toward tomorrow and continually improve our culture, I believe there will only be more and more opportunities for our team.”
Top Workplace awards are based on an anonymous third-party employee feedback survey that evaluates the company’s leadership and management; employee connection, engagement and alignment; company flexibility, expectations and effectiveness; and pay benefits and training. Over 2,600 businesses were invited to participate in this year’s competition with only 18% of companies completing the survey being named a Top Workplace.
