Jessica Dilbeck, a district sales manager for ProAg, has been selected for the Oklahoma Ag Leadership Program. The annual program recruits rising leaders in agriculture and develops leadership skills, knowledge of international agriculture and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
The program has graduated 20 classes since its inception in 2002. ProAg’s Dilbeck is one of just 27 members participating in the program in 2023. Dilbeck will participate in 13 seminars through the spring of 2025, including travel to Washington, D.C. and an international travel experience in early 2025.
Stillwater-based Dilbeck was selected for her potential to bring value as an agricultural leader in Oklahoma.
