Sunset behind the United States Capital in Washington D.C.A 92 to 8 vote by the U.S. Senate in favor of creating a carbon-credit certification program showed just how strong the support is for reduced emission efforts. The USDA-sponsored program will help establish protocols of carbon sequestration and provide farmers and ranchers with set-up guidance, payout incentives and more.
