The FCIC amended the Small Grains Crop Provisions for the 2022 and succeeding crop years. The provisions were revised to:
- Allow for enterprise units by type for wheat
- To make discretionary changes to clarify provisions for counties with spring-planted acreage, fall-planted acreage, or both.
