The Canadian Pacific Rail strike officially ended Tuesday as union workers and Canadian Pacific have agreed to final and binding arbitration. Wages and pensions remain long-term issues with the union, however. The Canadian Federal Conciliation and Mediation Services helped lead the negotiations that enable work to resume for Canadian Pacific customers and the North American supply chain, welcomed news for the ag industry.
