Forage Hay BalesFarmers and ranchers in drought-stricken states are scrambling to secure hay resources for their herds, including having hay delivered from the High Plains and Western states. Counties in eight states and USDA programs are now offering added flexibility to help offset reduced hay growth by allowing emergency haying and grazing on CRP acreage areas. South Dakota Gov.
