A new, interactive protein grading dashboard was recently launched by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). The dashboard is meant to document volume and historical quality grade information for beef, veal, lamb and other proteins. Users will be able to use the dashboard filters to refine the view of data and numbers from different regions over different time frames. Another benefit is the ability to compare up to 10 years of data at one time. Learn more about this dashboard and additional features.
