USDA has signed a $300 million agreement with Palantir Technologies to support its “One Farmer, One File” initiative, which aims to consolidate farmer data across programs into a single system. The contract builds on USDA’s existing Landmark platform and focuses on replacing fragmented legacy systems with a unified, secure data infrastructure. The goal is to accelerate program delivery, improve field staff service efficiency and strengthen oversight of fraud, abuse and foreign influence in agricultural programs.
