Looking for someone to cheer for in the Summer Olympics? World-renowned track star and Vermont dairy farmer Elle Purrier St. Pierre is on the docket to compete for team U.S.A. in Tokyo. Purrier loves to tout her farm girl fueled by milk beginnings. A recent New York Times article gave insight into her life as a dairy farmer’s daughter — from milking 40 cows each morning before school to showing livestock at county and state fair shows.
