Welcome to ProAg

Welcome to the ProAg team. ProAg is committed to providing all our agents and policyholders with excellent service and support. We welcome our new agents and policyholders and look forward to providing a seamless transition and a customer service experience that exceeds your expectations.

Policyholders will be provided excellent customer service by our combined policy administration and claims teams. As a part of the transition and with RMA’s approval, your existing policy will be transferred to ProAg for the 2020 reinsurance year without you needing to take any action. More detailed, written information will be mailed to you in the near future.

We wanted to provide a few insights about the AmTrust Ag acquisition and answer some important transition questions.
