U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue appointed Michael Clemens of Wimbledon, North Dakota and Rickey L. Bearden of Plains, Texas to the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors (Board). Each will serve a four-year term of office.
